It's simple, all major resorts hate empty rooms! To help fill rooms, specials are offered to exclusive members through companies like Global Resorts Network.
Back-end revenue!
Keeping high occupancy rates has several benefits. The resorts still have revenue coming in, even if the rates are discounted. And, the most significant benefit is the "back-end" revenue. The resorts make a lot of money from their restaurants, bars, activities, spas, souvenir shops, etc.
Global Resorts Network has pre-purchased over 250,000 suites for their members.
What are "Hot Weeks"?
Hot weeks are available to GRN members only at one low price of $298/week for platinum members and $398/week for gold members. Hot weeks are always available even during peak season. Hot Weeks are a wonderful perk of being a GRN member!
Do members get access to airfare and cruise discounts?
Yes. This is yet another perk for all Global Resort Members.

How is this different from a timeshare?
1) A timeshare has huge up front costs | GRN Membership $1,495 or $2,995.
2) A timeshare obligates you to just one location for life or pay exchange fees | our membership allows total freedom and flexibility to travel anytime, anywhere worldwide.
3) A timeshare has maintenance costs and annual dues | GRN Membership is $1,495 or $2,995 to join, with no ongoing costs or annual fees.
4) A timeshare does not include guest weeks.
Who is RCI and how are they different?
RCI is an exchange company for timeshares. In order to participate you will need to own your own timeshare. Trying to trade your timeshare week for a better location can be extremely difficult, especially during peak season. RCI members also endure ongoing costs including annual dues and exchange fees.
Global Resorts members have access to over 250,000 properties worldwide. Global Resorts purchases thousands of weeks in advance to ensure a lifetime of access to some of the most highly sought after destinations in the world, with no blackout dates or restricted weeks. This is key. GRN members can also use the customer service to access resorts outside of our registry. (All of this with no annual dues or maintenance fees)
What are the Guest Weeks?
Platinum members have access to 3 guest weeks per year. The guest weeks are available at $699/week. Members can purchase a guest week and give it away to a family member or friend. They can pay you for the week or you can give it away as a gift. A Guest week makes an awesome wedding gift for a family member. Guest weeks can be used at any of the 5,000 + resorts worldwide.
